The use of Nesugar cane sugar syrups is a viable alternative in the production of distilled spirits. For more efficient fermentation, they can be used alone or combined with sugarcane juice and/ or molasses to achieve a consistent optimized daily production of alcohol. Nesugar Invert Cane Syrups have proven to improve the alcoholic yield of fermentation in distillery processes. The high concentration of total sugars in our cane syrups, compensate the low concentration of sugars in cane juice and molasses.
